It is with great pleasure that I have the opportunity to introduce you to Brightside Technologies. I have been a loyal and at times the largest customer of Brightside Technologies for the past 8 years. Rich and his support staff have done more to keep my tele-communications and computer network operating than any other entity. I entered into contract with Brightside over a weekend many years ago during a disastrous computer crash. The vendor at the time was not able to reactivate our system, nor could he restore the backup. Pure panic for a medical practice just
starting in the electronic world. We were looking at major Hipaa violations with possibly large fines. Brightside and Rich were introduced to me on Friday and had us working perfectly by Monday start of clinic. I still can’t thank Rich enough for the efforts he and his team put forward that weekend. He has remained our only
vendor in electronics since that weekend.
