I wanted to let you all know that Keith and Adam did a great job yesterday installing our additional line in the center. Keith went out of his way to communicate back and forth with me coordinating the project. He made numerous calls to the former company that installed the lines, but when unable to receive services from them, he then proceeded forward in taking on the project himself so that we would get what we needed which was additional desk space in the front office. Additionally, the entire Brightside group has always been so patient with my repeated requests online including Blane, Keith, Adam, and yourself.
